Weekend Away

Sent the kids to grandma's and my wife and I got a weekend away.


Me the Boss and one of the owners of the outfitter Nelson great guy. (I am really more excited than I look)





James River about an hour south of Charlottesville VA near Howardsville







Took all the photos with the new camera. Yes it is waterproof I put it to the test by keeping it in the pocket of my swimming trunks. I at one point I had to dive in after it in the river. Who exactly dropped it is still in debate. All I remember was saying hey don't drop...... and she said I didn't have it yet. Well six feet of water and I snapped this photo as I was picking it up.



Did this about a mile from the exit point. Was actually fun no thunder and lightning.





Stayed in Charlottesville and went out for a nice dinner. Sorry Wack no photos thought they might kick me out.

I thought about bringing a trolling motor.

9 miles but the current did alot of the work

I took this one as I was rolling up on some shoots. I didnt get any photos of the white water nothing to crazy on this section of the river.

Was your kayak taking on water...? the picture is a little slanted...

this must be your wife taking the picture, so that must be your pedicured feet crossing the line.

and the stage is set for the majic show to begin, or in my case the comedy act!
