| Well if you want to do a little hiking there is a very interesting place just about two miles down the mountain off the Skyline Drive. Camp Rapidan http://www.nps.gov/shen/historyculture/rapidancamp.htmIt was President Hoovers retreat very interesting and there are people that live there and will give you tours. The best rout in is at the Milam Gap parking area just about 2 miles south of the Big Meadows visitor center. | |
