| Trip Report OR Vacation Report WITHOUT the RZR  We left home on 4/8 about noon, heading for Daytona Beach, Fl. Stopped for the night in Columbia, Sc. about the half way point. Up early Sat. arrived Condo. about 1pm room wasn't ready so off to the flea market at I 95 and Speedway Blvd. When we got back we checked in, unpacked and hit the beach for a walk. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday we parked our self on the beach. Forgot to mention it was 80-85 and SUN all week  Wed. afternoon we took a ride to Down The Hatch Bar to watch the Dolphin and eat.Thursday the beach and a short ride. We got very lazy until Friday then the real fun started. Bev says it is time to go to the mall Well the mall just happened to be across from the race track So we went our seperate ways for a while. After I picked her back up, I say we are going back to the track. WHY? What is at the track? It was Richard Petty ride and drive day, to make a longer story shorter I plopped down the cash and went for 3 laps with a (professional driver). 165 to 170 MPH on the Daytona Speedway WHAT A RUSH I'm still smiling. Headed home Sat. morning 5am arrived home 6pm 840 mi. one way. OH WHAT A LOVELY, LAZY and RELAXING VACATION (says Bev). Pictures HERE

| Sounds like you guys had a good time. I am not a NASCAR fan but I would love to to that ride. 165 mph sounds like fun.  | |

| TW that white thing helps hold the blood in while the G force on the curves is trying to push it out Actually it is a health thing they put them on before the helmit so you don't pass germs around I guess. GUG you and Wacker would enjoy it, it was  sure satisfies THE NEED SPEED | |
