| "Castle doctrine", http://jonathanturley.org/2010/11/16/pennsylvania-passes-new-castle-doctrine-law/A new law just recently passed by Pa. has one of its first uses, after men shot & killed his wife’s boyfriend with a compound bow & arrow when the boyfriend & his brothers came to their home & threaten to kill the husband with a club. The way I understand it the husband & wife were still living together. This happen back in Oct. & was all over the Pittsburgh News Today the DA. Said no charges will be filed. This new law gives you the right to defend yourself & family or anyone in your home The General Assembly finds that: (1) It is proper for law-abiding people to protect themselves, their families and others from intruders and attackers without fear of prosecution or civil action for acting in defense of themselves and others. http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2011/12/27/no-charges-filed-in-bow-and-arrow-fatal-shooting/
