| Got a late start but left here about 1 pm heading to Cold Knob. Still exploring areas we have not ridden before. Got in a quick 60 miles in about 4 hours riding. Saw about 1000 chipmunks, 1 large snapping turtle in a mudhole on top of Cross Mountain, a couple large hawks, several deer and this guy P6180007 by gbobbrown, on Flickr We were coming up over the spoil piles and there he stood just watching us. Stood long enough for me to grab a quick photo before he ambled off over the hill. P6180005 by gbobbrown, on Flickr P6180009 by gbobbrown, on Flickr So much beauty on the mountain. P6180006 by gbobbrown, on Flickr P6180012 by gbobbrown, on Flickr We were having a great ride until we were caught be a torrential downpour. We could see the rain coming and barely had time to get our rain suits on before we were hammered with rain. P6180011 by gbobbrown, on Flickr I ran into Gumps luck on the way back. We were riding at a pretty good clip in the rain when I smacked a rock and knocked three holes in my right front bighorn. Its pretty well shot as there is one large hole right next to the rim.

| Looks like a good time was had, except for the late rain storm. I would like to get a picture of a bear one time while riding, but probably never will. lots of wild flowers up on the mountain too. Did we really need a picture of your underwear??? | |

| The guy that took the Yooperland video has a 900 RZR XP. He has Pitbull tires 8 ply rating. Growlers I think.
BTW video is back up. Check other thread. He only got the tires the Wednesday before the ride, but likes them so far.
Thanks for sharing the pics. | |

| Watched the video while I was waiting for Jo this morning Tumbleweed. I've already ordered two new front bighorns. I think the rock I hit would have flattened about any tire. I heard the rock whack the rim so I knew I was in trouble. Mananged to make it back to the truck without plugging it but it was flat as we were strapping them down. I thought it felt a little squirrely coming back down the dirt road. | |

| Got to be careful with these fragile bighorns. Hitting Anything other than cotton balls or marshmellows will do you in every time. | |

| Well I ruined 2 terracross radials in one year so I went to the bighorns. Around 3500 miles on them and granted I have a few plugs in my back tires but this is the first one I've ruined | |

| Well if you're coming that far Gump you may as well slip over and ride with us one day We put in another 72 miles on the mountain today. Had a rain shower early in the day which made for no dust and cooler temps for a perfect days ride. Had to put the dunlops back on my grizz for todays ride and I swear I think they ride smoother than the bighorns. Didnt seem to jar you as much when you rode over tree limbs. Doubt they would be very durable at 2 ply but maybe they are so soft they wouldnt puncture...only compress and maybe that deer flew up on that power line. Someone has opened one of our old favorite trails off Beckys run so it was a pleasure to ride that again. Ended the day with an extreme trail back over the mountain. Had to spot Jo in a couple places and ran into a fallen tree 1/2 way up one of the steepest sections but once I got it cleared the grizz clawed its way right on up the hill. I dont know whether I pucker more when I ride something steep or watching Jo come up it but she did a good job and I was pleased with the grizzs performance. So now we just wait for the brown truck to bring us more toys for the toys next week Until next weekend...ride baby ride | |

| Well we have a set of 25 inch bighhorns ordered for her quad. A set of 26 front bighorns for mine. A stand up gas can holder for my 2 gal rotopax gas can and I have to figure some way to mount the chain saw on my quad. A little time with my hand saw today reminded me I dont like to leave home without my Stihl | |

| I've put 96 miles on my Grizzly in Canada on one tank. It was flashing for 18 miles before we got to where we were spending the night and getting gas.

| Congrats on the Grizz's and the bear pic. The flower pic too. Yamacliner's aren't just easy on the body, they are also easy on fuel. Wacker and I squeezed out 100 miles on ours during a UP ride. Please keep the reports coming! | |
