| Anyone watch this? Monday they were at HMT. Apparently Fish, John Fekete and Jeff Lusk have found a way to ride to a place called the Sterling Drive Inn. Must be on the trail?? They did a whole segment on the place. Looks nice?? Where does that connect??? | |

| The best part of the whole thing was when he closed the show. Remember when you ride at places like the HMT to stay on trail. We lose the right to great places like HMT when we ride off trail and go thru signs and make our own trails. | |

| They probably rode the user defined trail system, avoiding HF all together. No signs, no gates, no barriers, tree markings observed, etc... HAHA
Coming soon: The Welch Connector. Hey, I saw it on Fisher's ATV World!

| I'm not trying to be anti H&M, heck if it wasn't for H&M I wouldn't have ever learned about the outlaw trails. Meeting alot of new friends. And I have no problem with spending $50/year for a permit. I like the local trails though too. I have not seen this episode in question but from what has been posted so far it seems quite hypocrital of H&M to have their top guy on a show riding the local, outlaw, UDT trails, whatever you want to call them. I can already see the instance where John Smith watches this show on tv says hey cool lets go to the Sterling. Stays at where ever around PC or IR. Looks at a trail map and asks someone where's the Sterling. Oh in Welch, that's not on the trail map. Ya but here's how you get there, take a right go thru the no entry sign and take this turn and that turn and the turn after that. Well Joe Smith follows the direction and just after he goes past the no entry sign, say 50 feet. Bam, there's H&M Ranger and oh ya here's a ticket for going off system $$$. But Mr. Ranger I was trying to get to the Sterling, I seen it on TV. Hey I've been John Smith before but just never got caught. Just my two cents. | |

| I get a permit every year now. I thought it was funny. If I'm not mistaken, one shot or sequence showed their group coming to the intersection of 52 on the KFC end of Welch. I wonder if Mr. Brian stopped for a photo at Charlie Reed Junction??
Let's all Facebook him!!!

| I recorded it. Needed watch it again tonight. They really made it seem as if you could just ride to the Sterling. They interviewed a man (possibly the owner) he said you could ride your ATV rite up to the Sterling and you could go right down the street to the gas station to fill up. They also were in Matoka and Tazwell I think but they were just talking about the new trail that was not opened yet. | |

| Fishers has had a bunch of shows where they were off trails while supposedly riding H/M. Seems it would make it tough to make a ticket stick if they caught you off trail when you could reply.. Well I saw your boss and Brian Fisher riding this trail and figured if they could do it I can too.
If you watch you'll also see UTVs on black trails in their videos pretty regularly. Once again the law only applies to the average guy I guess

| I guess I don't understand why you make an "advertising" video of HMT for TV then go and ride trails and eat some place that everyone couldn't get to. Signed, A confused John Smith | |
