polaris deluxe brushguard will NOT fit the 2011

I got the polaris Deluxe front brushguard and it will not fit on my 2011. It hits the plastic in the front and there it about a 1 1/2 inch gap between the tabs on the brushguard to the radiator mount and that bottom holes will not match up. here are some pictures any suggestions???

found out there is a different part number for the 2011's which sucks. I got this one off ebay with no returns. I am willing to sell this one for what I bought it for $130 shipped if anyone is intrested.

If the holes line up but just not close enoung you could use some bushings they come in many different lengths. That would work if they line up. My suggestion is dont cover that beautiful front end up with anything i love your front end so much more than mine.

the bottom holes dont match up either. it is my own damn fault just hate making a $130 dollar mistake. lol I hope someone can use it. My concern with not having a brush guard is hitting something and it be alot more expensive to fix without the help of a brushguard.

I agree w/ Gump. Cut 2 pieces of pipe 1 1/2" long and put them in the gap to move the brush guard away from the plastic. Longer bolts and the top is done.
On the bottom where the holes don't line up, either weld an extension or bolt an extension using the existing bolt holes. This shouldn't be too big of a job to modify, unless I'm missing something.
A little extra room will allow for accidental bumping without damaging expensive body plastic.

how far off is the holes on the bottom from matching up?
I agree with tumbleweed maybe an extension welded on. or drill new holes in it.
Make the bottom fit first then work on the top.

Yea and tumbleweed agrees with me lol. My bumper is for a rhino i did alot of modding to get it to fit but nothing you couldnt do without some metal and a drill and spacers. Thats if you even want to cover up that beautiful front end. (jealous)

Slopoke bottom holes are about 2 inches off something could be welded to make it work but I dont know if it is something I want to get into. I would rather just sell it and get the right one. I really want the EMP front bumper but it will not work with the glaicer 2 plow. How many of you have front bumpers and which ones do you have??

Gump you know you the 2011 plastic will fit on the 2008 to 2010's right. sounds like a good birthday present request I would say christmas but that is another 11 months away you have to have a birthday before that

deluxe polaris for me with glacier II. take my bumper off b/c of the full alum skid plate bottom holes dont match with the plow mount on. no big deal 4 bolts to take off and tape up the light wires to the bumper lights.

Yea i know the front end is a simple swap why do you think i ran into that downed tree on the new yr trip lol. It back fired though it didnt screw up the plastic but did put a hole in my radiator. So now i had to buy a radiator instead

see that is where you messed up you say the radiator you bought only works with 2011 plastic and it is a non returnable item so you need to order the 2011 plastic for it to work
