| Now that Wacker has confused me to the point of cracking!!!!!!!!!! I think I am getting the 60cx. If I know me and I think I do! Simple is better. | |

| I dont think you're gonna find the 60 any simpler than the 62. Both look almost identical externally. The main difference is the extra things the 62 can do. My 60 does everything I need it to do but were I to buy a new gps I would probably go with the 62....just cause I could LOL | |

| Okay I ordered it. Got the 60cx I am sure I will be happy with it. Let's face it when you ride with 10 other guys with GPS on the bars; there is not a chance in hell of getting lost. With the money I saved I ordered a new watch and got my wife two tickets to see Dave Mathews. | |

| Think I would have went with the 62, thought the specs said you could have 200 saved tracks. Thats 180 more than the 60. If you goto WW you can easly fill the 60 with 20 tracks and not have everything you want. | |

| Yeah... I got tripped up on that part also, but it is still limited to the 10K track points though. That was one of the big items that disappointed ATVUtah when he talked about the 60 vs. 62. He thought go with the 60 (all the bugs worked out already, maybe unlike the newer version 62) save a couple hundred bucks, get some accessories and still be ahead for a non-heavy duty user. Also the prices will come down and everyone will have some sales in a couple years. | |

| I always thought the 10K points were for active tracks. | |

| Not sure... but the 10K seems to be the magic number for the 20 tracks x 500 track points = 10K If DJ would have gotten a new 62 model then we'd have all known the answer | |

| Okay the brown truck rolled in yesterday with a box. I open it up; thumb through the book look it over. Put some batteries in it fire it up and it looks just fine. Take the Ram mount out that I ordered with it and it’s the wrong mount. Check receipt it says Ram mount for Garmin GPSMAP60sx but that’s not what is in the box it’s a Garmin something else. So I put it all back in the box and shipped it back. I’m getting the GPSmap 62s!! I know I change my mind just like a lady. | |

| Okay messed around with it a little over the weekend. Must say off the bat I have nothing close to compare it to so just my opinion. First the screen is very clear you can see it in the brightest sun even with sunglasses on. It picks up the satellites very quickly and locks multiple satellites even in the house. So far so good need a trail ride. The mounts will be out in Dec and need to get a power cord. | |
