| Thanks!
Mr Ed, its all stock, intake, exhaust ect. Anything i need to change or modify for protection? Air filter looked fine, but dont like the intake between the seats. I did work my way to the belt, looks ok, no mud in the box. it has 1400 miles on it, not sure how long or even if its a stock belt. In process of changing all the fluids, filters, and spark plugs... whew. Like to take a few runs before our H&M Trip in a few weeks.

| You need to change your signature ! Lol . I ordered a hid kit with the real slim digital ballasts for $66 from Amazon. Same kit I have installed in the sp800. You might want to get one

| Some sort of back window to keep SOME of the dust out, I prefer a full front windshield. If you use a stock filter cover it with a pair of knee high women's hose (1) coated with a dab of filter oil, filter will last a lot longer, keep all bushings greased good they might last a little linger. Bottom line ENJOY | |

| Much to my "unknowns" of what issues to look for, and a few miles to push the grease around to discover bad parts, I have as of last weekend took a full day ride without break downs.
All front and rear bushings Upper and lower ball joints, both sided Tierod ends bearings, all 4 corners front shocks (trx450)due to bad spring new shaft u joints new and relocated fan breaker second battery installed troubleshoot no start (brake switch) blown head light
In process, have a rear saggy shock spring, so its either highlifter springs, or aftermarket soon. new bighorns to fit the rzr. fender flairs
Whew. Ive learned alot before the second payment, Many thanks to the folks around me. Your not the only one Mr. P! lol

Whew. Ive learned alot before the second payment, Many thanks to the folks around me. Your not the only one Mr. P! lol Pretty typical issues on a Polaris . I have had every issue , too. except for fan relay ( had it on my SP 800 , though) add Torn front cv boot to my list . Shocks are still good but rear springs sag some. An adjustment helped. Have not fixed them all yet due to lack of $$$ and because of work/racing schedule time constraint. But at least I do NOT have to look forward to a second payment The disassembled look is familiar , going to be seeing that again here soon

| Me, more pics? LoL Dried really well with the fiberglass applied. Little bondo to fill the brace ridge and I should have it painted sunday. Have to find those bar bands to secure it with and wire up the radio equipment. | |
