PA DCNR is conducting a recreation survey to support their next 5 year plan (2014-2018).

Question 5 allows you to fill-in what recreation you feel needs to be funded.
Question 9 is a fill-in as to what you would like PA DCNR to consider in their next 5 year recreation plan.
