This is the snow plow mount my Son Jim & I designed, used it twice in about 4” of snow, worked great, but need to make up skid shoes for gravel driveway plowing. Works well on blacktop & doesn’t float up, we have enough down angle. We used some 3” flat bar, a couple of pieces of angle, 4 stainless bolts & paint that we had around the garage. We used the bottom of the winch mount bracket sandwiched between the bar stock. This is very strong, I tripped the plow springs a couple of times while plowing & no damage to the mount bracket. I should be able to leave the mount on the winch bracket year round

Thanks guys

Looks like the new plow will get a good test today, we have at least 7" of new snow with ice underneath, on top of the 4" two days ago. Good it's Saturday & most people have the day off, roads are very icy.

I'll try & post some pic's later

I used my plow on the new bike this morning. I need to stretch the tubes a bit. The plow blade rubs on the tire when angled. Might as well stretch it enough to use with the 2-up!!!

Winch cable ferrule is hanging up on the fairlead. I might have to adapt this from the Grizzly to the Canned Ham!

Looks better painted! I'm sure glad I know how to weld, right GBob?!!?

The Mount & snow plow really done a good job, but I need to make up a pair of skid shoes for gravel driveways, I have to hold blade up a little with the winch, it wants to dig in & throw gravel in the grass.

I'm very popular in the neighborhood now Laughing

This sure beats the 4 wheel drive tractor without power steering
