Two more Dumb Criminals

PITTSBURGH (AP) — An 18-year-old Pittsburgh man has been jailed on charges he burglarized a local market with three teens — and then posted pictures on his Facebook page showing the suspects mugging with some of the loot.

"Well, I guess they're just stupid kids," Detective Valerie Milie said Monday. "They thought they could put (the pictures) out there for their friends who friended them on Facebook to see. But the one kid had 200 friends, but not only were they friends, some of them were relatives who became concerned and called police."

Police: Bucket truck theft nets half-mile of copper wire HANOVER TWP. — State police are looking for two men who they say used a bucket truck to steal copper wire from a Duquesne Light power line in Hanover Township.

Troopers said the men used the truck, which belonged to an Ohio cable company that employed them, to reach the lines, along Crooks School Road near Route 151 in Hanover between 3 and 4 p.m. on Dec. 18.
