Before the Easter Ride I wanted to replace air filters in both quads.

I know, I found a nest in my Rubincon airbox this Spring, That mouse or mice had to come down the air tube from up under the handle bars to underneath the seat. I thought I rode enough that they wouldn't be in there. Mad They are very destructive, once they ate the fuel lines on my snowmobile Mad

Maybe you need to get a cat or 2 and keep around to get rid of the mice. Very Happy
A few years ago when I had the 700 in the building by the house, I had mice carry hickory nuts into the air tube for the belt cover. That sure makes a noise when you start it up. Shocked I had to put a piece of wire screen over the opening to keep them out.. I have no problems now that I keep all the atv's in the "big" building with the Laughing "Free" heat.

Last Summer the chipmunks chewed the emmission wires on my Wife's car. Insur. paid in full + a rental for 4 days. I put out lots of poison in my garage & my big 30 X 50 building. That keeps them under control. FREE HEAT, FREE HEAT. Cool

Yeah it sure was quite the mess inside the airbox lid, nest was roughly the size of a large grapefruit.

Not sure how long or how many that it took to make a pile that large, but I think we've caught the culprits.

lol!
