I may be interested. Does it get in the way of the passenger knees or legs? Is it waterproof

Gump my wife did not have any trouble with it getting the way of her knees. As to water tight if you hit it with a pressure washer it will leak. I would say under normal conditions it is pretty much water proof. Hope this helps. Thanks for asking.

PL will fit 03 & 05 I think The 02 & 04 have a different design thing of ma jig that the box fits in under the back of the seat
